Trial by laserfire

Trial by Laserfire is a simple set of 6mm science fiction wargames rules which enable you to fight decisive futuristic battles on a coffee table. Requiring only a handful of 6mm figures, a 24” square battlefield, a tape measure, and some six-sided dice, games are fast paced and tactical. With asymmetrical objectives and deployment types, units you can customize to fit your vision of science fiction warfare, and a focus on command and control, Trial by Laserfire is a perfect choice for experienced wargames and newcomers alike.

We offer a growing range of digital miniatures designed with Trial by Laserfire in mind at our Cults3d storefront. These figures can be printed at home using a resin 3D printer (you can fit an entire army on a single small build plate) and the rules allow for flexible basing of your troops.

Games take an average of 30 to 45 minutes to play out, meaning it is entirely possible to play through a campaign of linked games in an afternoon. it is also well suited for solo and cooperative play.

Every month, new miniatures are being released along with free rules supplements. In addition, several more substantial expansions and spin offs will be for sale soon, as well as a Sourcebook detailing a possible setting for your battles to take place in!
